Dear authors and writers,

I am open to promotional posts about books. Please read the below details before sending me any requests.

I must admit that I have done a lot of review projects just for free. As someone said – “It’s never too late to start”, I have realized that I have to seek my own worth.

Going forward, I am proud to say that promotional posts on my blog are no longer free of cost and would be mentioned with sponsored tag. This of-course does not apply to books I go and buy all my-self out of my own interest.

Why should I be paid for the promotional post?

Straight! Because I invest my time to do that – Time is money.

Here are the posts I am open to:

1.  Cover Reveal
2.  Blurb Reveal
3. Author Feature – Author gets to write a story or a review of their favorite book
4. Book Review
5. After Launch -> One Notable quotes posts if I can mark any while reading.

 Terms and Conditions:

• Format of books;

          I am open to physical books and kindle versions. Physical copy is always preferred. Please note, I have limited space at my place and It is possible that I might not keep the book forever with me and donate the same to a library – there is one in my office now! This however would obviously be done only after reading and reviewing

• Please use the following form to send your request. I shall respond with the charges in case it interests me.

• My Responses to the requests:

          I am full time employed and a parent of two lifelines. Thus, please be patient enough to wait for my responses for few days – generally not more than 15 days. I would try and respond even when I have to decline the request.

• Basis of picking up the projects:

          It is my blog and I decide what to write here. Thus, I would be reviewing the request I receive under each category and may or may not respond positively depending on my interest.

          For reviews, I cannot promise a positive or general review and would post my unbiased review. This means that If I do not like something, I would say that I did not like it. There are times, I try but am not able to finish the book. I shall mention the same also in that case. The charges shall be applicable in all cases – remember I am investing my time there.

• Changing or Deleting Reviews

           I completely understand the time and effort that goes into writing even a paragraph and thus myself try not to be too critical in writing reviews on the blog (I sometimes write few harsh lines on Goodreads though!).
At the same time, please note that once a review is posted, I would not be able to take it down. I can however update certain lines just to tone it down a bit if justified.

Yes, I know that’s a lot! If you feel so, please feel free not to send me any request. I am happy reading my personal TBR list in the meanwhile.
